‘Divas Sing Scott Alan’, the new concert in London of the popular American composer

Natalie Weiss, Caissie Levy, Alexia Khadime and Ashleigh Gray will be some of the guest stars to perform the songs from Scott Alan in this concert that will take place on 13th November 2011 at the Arts Theatre.

Simon Greiff and Phil Sykes (for SimG Productions) in association with Scott Alan present ‘Divas Sing Scott Alan’, which means the return to London of the popular American composer.

Following the sold out ‘Just Me & Them’ and ‘Simply the Music of Scott Alan’ London concerts, on Sunday 13th November 2011 at 4pm & 7.30pm Scott Alan will return for a one-night-only concert at the Arts Theatre London, featuring West End and International guests performing songs from Scott Alan’s celebrated catalogue of work. (Due to popular demand, the producers decided to add a new show at 7.30pm.)

Confirmed guests include: Natalie Weiss (WICKED US National Tour, LES MISERABLES US National Tour), Caissie Levy (GHOST, HAIR), Alexia Khadime (WICKED, LES MISERABLES) Ashleigh Gray (WICKED, BETWIXT), and a very special appearance by Scott Alan.

With the announcement of the new show, it has also been announced that Sharon D. Clarke (GHOST, WE WILL ROCK YOU), Cassie McIvor (WICKED– Japan, Scott Alan’s acclaimed album ´What I Wanna Be When I Grow Up´) and Chloe Hart (HAIRSPRAY, LES MISÉRABLES) will join the previously announced guests.
Scott Alan wrote the music and lyrics for the musical DETOUR, which was seen in Los Angeles, and his current theatre project HOME is due for a New York production later this year. He also produces the monthly ´Monday Nights, New Voices´ concert at the Duplex, and has released the acclaimed albums; ‘Dreaming Wide Awake: The Music of Scott Alan’, ‘Keys’ and ‘What I Wanna Be When I Grow Up’.
